A young man Thabani leaves his wife and father in their rural homestead to go and live

in Cape Town. There he meets, falls in love with, and marries Bongile. Three years later

he feels compelled to return to his father’s kraal to ask his blessing on his and Bongile’s

male-to-male marriage.
